ABOUT BRENT JONES

Brent Jones is a UK based documentary photographer, currently studying his second term of a MA in Travel and photojournalism at the University of Bolton. Prior to the MA Brent successfully completed a HND in Journalism at Aberdeen College and a BA hons Photography at the Cumbria Institute of the Arts, Carlisle.

Twice nominated in the Photojournalism category, as well as gaining a Outstanding Achievement in Photojournalism in the
2005 Black and White Spider Awards. Through the Spider awards Brent has been exhibited in Brazil and is due to be published in the book of the Worlds Greatest Black and White Photography No.1", due out in September 07.

Exhibited as part of the Ian Parry Scholarship in 2005 Brent also has an exhibition coming up in Nagy Kanizsa, Hungary this August.
